Before placing an Order, the Customer is required to read and accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Website means the website available at 3Dfabriq.com, together with all its functionalities.
Seller / Service Provider / 3Dfabriq means URBlink sp. z o.o.
Customer means a natural person, legal person or organisational entity using the Website, requesting a quotation or placing an Order.
Consumer means a natural person entering into a legal transaction with a trader for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights means a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity where the contract does not have a professional character for that person, where applicable law grants such person consumer protection rights.
B2B Customer means an entrepreneur entering into a contract in connection with their business or professional activity who is not entitled to consumer protection in relation to that contract.
Model means a digital file or design submitted to 3Dfabriq, including STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF, DXF or another supported format.

An active email address may be required to submit an enquiry, receive a quotation or place an Order.
To use the automated 3D printing quotation functionality, the Customer must provide a compatible digital Model.
The Customer must not:
- provide unlawful content,
- introduce malicious software,
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website,
- interfere with the Website or its infrastructure,
- use the Website in violation of applicable law.
5. Uploading Models and Automated Analysis
Customers may upload Models for analysis, quotation and manufacturing purposes.
The Website may automatically analyse a Model in relation to parameters such as:
- dimensions,
- volume,
- surface area,
- material requirements,
- estimated production time,
- basic manufacturability,
- estimated production price.
Automated analysis is provided for assistance purposes only.
A positive result of an automated analysis does not constitute a full engineering, structural, technical or functional verification of the Model.
If manufacturing the Model in the selected configuration is not technically feasible or carries a significant production risk, 3Dfabriq may propose modifications to the technology, material, orientation, geometry or other manufacturing parameters.
3Dfabriq may refuse to accept an Order if the Model cannot reasonably or legally be manufactured.
6. Customer Responsibility for Models
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and suitability of the Model and specifications provided.
Before placing an Order, the Customer should verify in particular:
- Model scale,
- dimensions,
- geometry,
- wall thickness,
- hole diameters,
- tolerances,
- fits,
- assembly clearances,
- intended functionality.
3Dfabriq is responsible for manufacturing the Product in accordance with the accepted Order specification but is not responsible for design errors contained in a Model provided by the Customer unless engineering or design verification has been separately ordered.
A Product correctly manufactured according to an incorrect Model supplied by the Customer shall not be considered defective solely because the Model itself contained an error.
This includes, in particular, errors resulting from:
- incorrect scale,
- incorrect dimensions,
- unsuitable tolerances,
- insufficient assembly clearances,
- incorrect geometry,
- inappropriate material selection,
- inappropriate technology selection where 3Dfabriq was not responsible for selecting the technology.
7. Characteristics of 3D Printing
The Customer acknowledges that additive manufacturing technologies have specific physical and visual characteristics.
Depending on the selected technology and material, Products may naturally exhibit:
- visible layer lines,
- support removal marks,
- minor surface imperfections,
- small variations in texture,
- small dimensional deviations,
- slight colour differences between material batches,
- marks resulting from Model orientation,
- natural post-processing marks.
Such characteristics are not considered defects where they are normal for the selected manufacturing technology and the Product remains compliant with the agreed specification.
If specific dimensional tolerances, surface quality, mechanical properties, operating temperatures, chemical resistance, certification or other technical parameters are important, the Customer must provide these requirements before placing the Order.
Requirements not communicated before production begins do not automatically become part of the Order specification.
8. Special Applications and Safety
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Products manufactured by 3Dfabriq are not designed, tested, certified or approved by 3Dfabriq for applications requiring specialist certification or regulatory approval.
This includes in particular:
- medical applications,
- implants,
- aviation applications,
- safety-critical automotive applications,
- food-contact applications where appropriate certification is required,
- pressure applications,
- safety-critical structural applications,
- applications where Product failure could result in death, injury or significant property damage.
Customers intending to use Products in such applications must inform 3Dfabriq before placing an Order.
Additional testing, documentation, certification or contractual arrangements may be required.
9. Quotations and Prices
Prices may be calculated automatically through the Website or individually by 3Dfabriq.
The price may depend on factors including:
- Model geometry,
- Model dimensions,
- material,
- technology,
- quantity,
- production time,
- quality level,
- finish,
- additional manufacturing operations.
Before placing an Order, the Customer will be informed of the applicable price and any additional charges that can reasonably be determined at that stage.
Prices presented to Consumers are gross prices including applicable taxes unless otherwise stated in accordance with applicable law.
Prices presented to B2B Customers may be shown as net prices where clearly identified as such.
In the event of an obvious technical error in the automated quotation system, particularly where the price is clearly and significantly inconsistent with the parameters of the Order, 3Dfabriq may notify the Customer before accepting the Order and propose the correct price.
The Customer is not required to accept the corrected price.
If the Customer has already paid and the Order is not accepted for production, the amount paid will be refunded.
10. Placing an Order
To place an Order, the Customer may be required to:
- upload or select a Model,
- select available manufacturing parameters,
- specify quantity,
- provide required contact and billing information,
- provide a delivery address,
- select a payment method,
- select a delivery method,
- review the Order summary,
- accept these Terms and Conditions,
- submit the Order using the relevant button.
Where placing an Order entails an obligation to pay, this will be clearly indicated before the Order is submitted.
An automated confirmation that an Order has been received confirms that it has been successfully transmitted to 3Dfabriq.
The contract is concluded when 3Dfabriq confirms acceptance of the Order for processing, unless the purchasing process clearly indicates that the contract was concluded at an earlier stage.
Before production begins, 3Dfabriq may refuse an Order where:
- the Model cannot be manufactured,
- the Model is corrupted or incomplete,
- an obvious pricing error has occurred,
- manufacturing would violate applicable law,
- the Model violates these Terms and Conditions.
11. Payments
Available payment methods are displayed during the Order process.
Payment methods may include electronic payment, credit or debit card, bank transfer or other payment methods available on the Website.
The Customer must pay the applicable price within the period specified during the Order process or in an individual quotation.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of the Order.
B2B Customers may be offered individually agreed deferred payment terms.
Sales documentation and invoices are issued in accordance with applicable law.
12. Production and Lead Times
Production may begin after:
- acceptance of the Order,
- receipt of payment where advance payment is required,
- receipt of all information necessary to manufacture the Product.
Production times provided during quotation are estimated unless a guaranteed deadline has been expressly agreed.
Production times may change due to:
- missing information,
- Customer-requested modifications,
- Model errors,
- technical manufacturing issues,
- quality-control requirements,
- events beyond the reasonable control of 3Dfabriq.
3Dfabriq will inform the Customer of significant delays where reasonably possible.
13. Quality Control
3Dfabriq may perform quality control on manufactured Products.
Quality control may include:
- visual inspection,
- completeness verification,
- basic dimensional checks,
- material verification,
- verification of selected Order parameters.
Standard quality control does not include laboratory testing, destructive testing, certification testing or specialist engineering verification unless such services were expressly included in the Order.
14. Delivery
Available delivery methods, costs and estimated delivery times are presented during the Order process or in an individual quotation.
Delivery may be performed by an external courier or logistics provider.
The Customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
3Dfabriq is not responsible for delivery delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the Customer.
For Consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage to a Product passes in accordance with mandatory applicable consumer law.
International shipments outside the customs territory of the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, administrative fees or other local charges.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, such charges are not included in the Product price and may be payable by the Customer in accordance with the laws of the destination country.
15. Changes and Cancellation of Orders
Because most Products are manufactured individually, any request to modify or cancel an Order should be made immediately.
If production preparation has not started, 3Dfabriq may agree to modify or cancel the Order.
Once Model preparation, engineering work, machine preparation, dedicated material procurement or manufacturing has started, modification or cancellation may no longer be possible.
Changes requested by the Customer may result in additional charges or changes to the estimated delivery date.
This section does not limit mandatory Consumer rights.
16. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers entering into distance contracts generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, subject to exceptions provided by applicable law.
Under Polish and European consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not generally apply to:
non-prefabricated goods manufactured according to the Consumer’s specifications or intended to satisfy the Consumer’s individual needs.
Accordingly, the statutory right of withdrawal generally does not apply to custom 3D printed Products manufactured on the basis of a Model, dimensions, material, colour, quantity or other specifications selected or provided by the Customer.
The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights where a Product is defective or does not conform to the contract.
If 3Dfabriq offers standard, pre-manufactured Products that are not customised for the Customer, statutory withdrawal rights may apply to those Products.
17. Consumer Complaints and Conformity of Goods
3Dfabriq is responsible for the conformity of Products with the contract in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Where a Product does not conform to the contract, the Consumer may be entitled to remedies including:
- repair,
- replacement,
- price reduction,
- termination of the contract,
subject to the conditions provided by applicable law.
As a general rule under applicable Polish consumer law, the Seller is liable for lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and revealed within two years from delivery of the Product.
A complaint should include sufficient information to identify the Order and the reported issue.
For faster processing, the Customer is encouraged to provide:
- Order number,
- description of the issue,
- photographs,
- relevant measurements,
- photographs of the packaging in the event of transport damage.
A receipt is not required where the purchase can be demonstrated by other means.
Where required by applicable consumer law, 3Dfabriq will respond to a Consumer complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
The costs of bringing a Product into conformity with the contract are borne by the Seller to the extent required by applicable law.
18. Transport Damage
If a Product or shipment appears to have been damaged during transport, the Customer should, where reasonably possible:
- photograph the damaged packaging,
- photograph the Product,
- retain the original packaging,
- notify 3Dfabriq as soon as possible.
These actions help 3Dfabriq pursue claims against the carrier.
Failure by a Consumer to immediately report transport damage or prepare a damage report does not remove statutory Consumer rights unless applicable law expressly provides otherwise.
19. Intellectual Property Rights
The Customer retains intellectual property rights in the submitted Model to the extent such rights belong to the Customer.
Uploading a Model does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights in the Model to 3Dfabriq.
The Customer grants 3Dfabriq a limited, non-exclusive right to use and technically process the Model to the extent necessary to:
- analyse the Model,
- prepare a quotation,
- prepare the Model for production,
- manufacture the Product,
- perform quality control,
- handle complaints.
This may include technical conversion, scaling, generation of manufacturing data and other operations necessary to perform the Order.
3Dfabriq does not acquire the right to sell Customer Models to third parties or use them for unrelated purposes without the Customer’s consent or another lawful basis.
20. Third-Party Rights
The Customer represents that they possess all rights, permissions and licences necessary to manufacture the submitted Model.
Customers must not submit Models whose manufacture would infringe:
- copyrights,
- trademarks,
- patents,
- design rights,
- industrial property rights,
- personal rights,
- other third-party rights,
- applicable law.
3Dfabriq may refuse to manufacture a Model where there are reasonable grounds to believe that production would violate applicable law or third-party rights.
3Dfabriq may also refuse to manufacture items whose production, possession, distribution or use is prohibited or legally restricted unless all applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.
21. Confidentiality of Customer Models
3Dfabriq treats Customer Models and technical information as information related to the relevant quotation or Order.
Customer Models will not be published or made available to other customers without the Customer’s consent.
Models may be shared with employees, contractors and manufacturing partners only where necessary to analyse or fulfil the Order.
3Dfabriq does not use Customer Models to train artificial intelligence models without separate consent or another lawful basis.
Customers requiring additional confidentiality protection may request a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement before providing sensitive technical information.
22. Subcontractors and Manufacturing Partners
3Dfabriq may use subcontractors or manufacturing partners to fulfil all or part of an Order.
The use of a subcontractor does not change the identity of the Seller unless the Customer is expressly informed otherwise before entering into the contract.
Models and Order information may be provided to subcontractors only to the extent necessary to perform the relevant manufacturing or processing services.
23. B2B Customers
This section applies to B2B Customers to the extent permitted by applicable law.
B2B Customers and 3Dfabriq may individually agree terms that differ from these Terms and Conditions.
Where individually agreed contractual terms conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the individually agreed terms prevail.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3Dfabriq shall not be liable to B2B Customers for:
- loss of profits,
- loss of contracts,
- business interruption,
- production downtime,
- indirect or consequential damages.
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of 3Dfabriq in connection with a specific B2B Order shall be limited to the net value of that Order.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller’s statutory warranty liability may be excluded in relation to B2B Customers who are not entitled to consumer-type protection.
24. Personal Data
The controller of personal data processed through the Website is:
URBlink sp. z o.o.
Detailed information regarding personal data processing, including legal bases, retention periods, data recipients, Customer rights and cookies, is available in the 3Dfabriq Privacy and Cookie Policy.
25. Returns, Refunds and Complaints
Detailed rules concerning:
- returns,
- refunds,
- defective Products,
- damaged Products,
- Custom Products,
- reprints,
- complaints
are also described in the 3Dfabriq Returns, Refunds and Complaints Policy.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions or the Returns Policy limits mandatory statutory Consumer rights.
26. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Consumers may use available alternative dispute resolution procedures in accordance with applicable law.
Information regarding available consumer dispute resolution mechanisms may be obtained from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and the competent Trade Inspection authorities.
Participation in alternative dispute resolution proceedings is voluntary unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
27. Force Majeure
Subject to mandatory Consumer protection laws, 3Dfabriq shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control.
Such events may include:
- natural disasters,
- fires,
- floods,
- wars,
- riots,
- prolonged power outages,
- telecommunications failures,
- governmental restrictions,
- extraordinary supply-chain disruptions.
Where such circumstances occur, 3Dfabriq will take reasonable measures to minimise their impact on the Customer’s Order.
28. Amendments to These Terms and Conditions
3Dfabriq may amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary, including due to:
- changes in applicable law,
- changes to Website functionality,
- changes to the ordering process,
- introduction of new manufacturing technologies,
- changes to payment methods,
- changes to delivery methods,
- clarification of existing provisions.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions do not affect Orders concluded before the amended version enters into force.
The version applicable at the time the Order is placed applies to that Order, subject to mandatory law.
29. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts concluded through the Website are governed by Polish law.
The choice of Polish law does not deprive Consumers of protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence where such provisions apply.
Disputes involving Consumers shall be resolved by courts having jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
For B2B Customers, to the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from or relating to an Order shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court competent for the registered office of URBlink sp. z o.o.
30. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the following documents, where applicable:
- Privacy and Cookie Policy,
- Returns, Refunds and Complaints Policy.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions to the extent permitted by law.
Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law, including Polish civil law, consumer protection law, electronic services regulations and personal data protection legislation.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of August 25, 2026.
