Drift Lamp is proof that a good desk lamp doesn’t need to look like every other desk lamp. Built from three separate 3D printed components — base, connectors and shade — it snaps together into a warm, geometric light source that anchors a shelf or nightstand.
The faceted shade softens and scatters the light, casting gentle geometric shadows across the surrounding surface, while the exposed connector rings add a subtle, mechanical accent to an otherwise clean silhouette.
Every part is 3D printed and made to order, then hand-assembled — a modular approach that keeps the design flexible and lets the lamp double as a small study in engineering as well as lighting.
Use it as a warm accent light beside the bed, a soft glow on a home office desk, or a sculptural centrepiece on an entryway console when it’s switched off.
