Most planters sit flush against the surface beneath them. The Drift Planter breaks that rule — its geometric outer shell is raised on a slim wrap-around plate, leaving a narrow shadow gap that makes the whole piece look like it’s caught mid-air.
The surface pattern repeats in a tight, even rhythm around the entire body, so the planter reads the same from any angle. As light moves across the room, that raised texture throws soft shadows across the recessed base beneath it, keeping the piece visually alive even when nothing is growing in it.
The Drift Planter is produced using 3D printing rather than moulds or casts, built to order layer by layer so the fine geometric detailing stays sharp and consistent from piece to piece.
It’s sized for succulents, cacti and other small indoor plants, but it looks just as intentional sitting empty on a console table or bookshelf as a piece of standalone decor.
